So I'm on + I register an account because I read on some cycling blog how it has a great database of foods for calorie counting. We'll I've done well with my calories, but can't seem to keep my sodium in check. Every day it's been through the roof. Every day since Sunday.

Right now it's at ridiculously high level + its 2 in the afternoon. I need some fruit or something + all I have in the fridge is PBR + lettuce. Lettuce requires salad dressing which has enormous amounts of sodium.

So I'm going to opt for the PBR.

Good logic right?
